Applicants can download application form along with bank challan from Pakistan Testing Service website www.pts.org.pk.
Those who wish to submit application form for more than one post should submit separate application. Send a copy of the bank challan with certified academic credentials along with the PTS application form to the PTS office by po / TCS:
